Project Agreements

The exact scope, deliverables, price, payment structure, responsibilities and timeline for a client project should be defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or other written agreement.

Acceptance may occur through signature, written confirmation, approved purchase order, payment of an agreed deposit, or another method expressly stated in the project documentation.

Where project-specific terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the project-specific terms will prevail for that project.

04

Quotes & Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are intended as general pricing guides or starting points unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final project pricing may depend on scope, functionality, integrations, content requirements, technical complexity, timelines and other project requirements.

A quotation or proposal may specify how long it remains valid. If no validity period is stated, Innovationia Connect may revise pricing before a project is formally accepted.

05

Payments

Payment amounts, due dates, deposits, milestones and recurring fees will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or project agreement.

Work may be scheduled, commenced, continued, delivered or launched subject to receipt of payments that have become due.

Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, software subscriptions, hosting, premium plugins, licences, payment-provider fees or other external charges may be billed separately unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

06

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and timely information required to complete the agreed work.

01Providing requested content, branding, product information and project materials.
02Providing necessary account access, credentials or technical information.
03Reviewing work and providing approvals or feedback within reasonable timeframes.
04Ensuring supplied materials can lawfully be used for the project.
05Reviewing final business, legal, product and pricing information before publication.
06Maintaining appropriate backups and access to systems under the client's control.
07

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is expressly agreed in writing.

Timelines may depend on client approvals, content, access, third-party systems, technical dependencies and changes requested during the project.

Delays in receiving information, approvals or payments may result in corresponding changes to delivery schedules.

08

Changes to Scope

Requests that materially extend or alter the approved scope may require additional fees, revised timelines or a separate quotation.

Where practical, we will communicate the impact of significant additional work before proceeding with it.

09

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Innovationia Connect website, distinctive branding, original website copy, graphics and other proprietary materials on this website remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Ownership and licensing of work created specifically for a client will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, frameworks, libraries, APIs and similar materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Clients retain responsibility for materials they supply and represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions for such materials to be used as required by the project.

10

Portfolio & Publicity

We will not rely on these general terms alone to publish confidential client information or unsupported performance claims.

Where a project is to be displayed in our portfolio, case studies, website or promotional materials, any applicable confidentiality obligations and project-specific permissions will be respected.

11

Third-Party Services

Digital projects may depend on third-party products and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, advertising networks, payment providers, APIs, plugins, software platforms and cloud infrastructure.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, policies and availability.

Innovationia Connect does not control future changes made independently by third-party providers, including price changes, feature changes, service interruptions, account restrictions or discontinuation.
